Writing, Riding & Hiding in the American West

“Embrace Change. It is the Only Constant In Life.”

Who Am I?

Writer, author, horsewoman, web designer, outdoors-person . . . sometimes I even have trouble keeping track of who I am.

I have been a professional horsewoman for over 40 years, and a writer for longer than that. My career as a web designer is much newer – though still going on 20 years! I went back to college in 2002 to learn how to build a web site for my own use and became fascinated with building web sites in general.

Traveling – particularly in the back-country and wilder areas of the American West – is a life-long hobby that I wish I could pursue more. Luckily, we live about 20 miles from the Western edge of the Mendocino National Forest, where I can indulge my desire to gaze into the distance on a day-trip basis. We also spend time every year in Montana or Nevada.

Take a look around, enjoy the photography, learn about my novels, see some of my favorite horses, and visit again!
